Booking & Reservations
All reservations are processed through Turo's platform. By completing a booking, you agree to Turo's terms of service in addition to these terms. Reservations are confirmed upon successful payment through Turo.
Driver Requirements
All drivers must hold a valid driver's license issued in their country of residence. Drivers must meet Turo's minimum age requirements as specified in each vehicle listing. All drivers listed on the reservation must be present at pickup.
Insurance & Liability
Renters are required to carry valid auto insurance or select a protection plan through Turo at the time of booking. Miami's Best Car Rental is not liable for incidents covered under the renter's insurance or Turo's protection plan.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles are provided clean and in excellent condition. Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and processed through Turo's damage resolution process.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Failure to do so may result in a fuel reimbursement fee as outlined in the Turo listing.
Mileage
Mileage limits are specified in each Turo vehicle listing. Excess mileage fees apply as stated in the booking terms.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are determined per-vehicle and are outlined in each Turo listing. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before completing your reservation.
Prohibited Uses
Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road driving, commercial purposes, or any illegal activities. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violations may result in additional charges.
